RESEARCH FOCUS
The fundamental research scope is directed towards innovative and application-oriented means of diagnosis, therapy, prophylaxis and rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal diseases in order to improve patient care and well-fare significantly.
The current research focus covers:

Development and validation of biochemical markers of turnover (to screen, to perform diagnoses and prognoses) in the research area of

Application of mesenchymal stem cells and fat cells
Laser-arthroscopy
Development and validation of new approaches in equine orthopaedics
